Outbound delivery got distributed from ERP to EWM. It got stuck queue. By mistake queue has been deleted in EWM. Now, we are looking for outbound delivery in EWM. So, how to resend outbound delivery from ERP to EWM once again

Inbound Queues in EWM is not processed automatically. We have scheduled background job for program RSQIWKEX but still its not working. Always we need to manually process it.

item type determination in kit to order
Hi All ,
I am working on kit to order scenario. i have configured all necessary steps . Delivery is created in ECC and Replicated to EWM System.But item type determination is not happening correctly.In ODO , Assembly Component item(OKC) is coming but no Header item (OKM).
I have configured "item type determination in outbound process " as follows
doc catg (ODR)+item type(OKM)+item catg(DLV) Item type determination=OKM
doc catg (ODR)+item type(OKC)+item catg(DLV) Item type determination=OKC.
Please suggest me the correct item type determination in outbound process.

Cross Docking not working
Hello Experts,
I am working on opportunistic cross docking.For that I have done following setup-
Created Product group type CI(Inbound) ,CO(Outbound).
Assigned them to Product group PI,PO respectively.
Activated Opportunistic cross docking for Product Group Type CI and CO
Maintained Stock Determination Group S1 with WM Handling -Stock Determination has Priority
Maintained staging area 9010 as first in sequence for stock removal strategy.
Configured Stock Determination as Inbound Value F1 and Permitted value F2 for S1
Assigned Product group type CI/CO in /SAPAPO/MAT1
Assigned stock determination group in /SCWM/MAT1
When I create an inbound delivery and post GR. Stock is already in staging area 9010 now.On creating outbound delivery WT system should directly propose stock from GR ZONE to GIZONE but its trying to pick from final bin.
Can somebody help me with that?
I am also attaching WT creation log in which system goes to check source bin 9010 but does not find any stock.

Unable to record Finding in EWM QM
For a Rejection Decision i wanted to select a finding type code. Inspite of doing the configurations for "Finding Type" the Finding Type code is not appearing in the below screen, it displays the message that there are no values.
Please help since i am unable to create a Finding Type for a Rejection Decision, below is the explanation with screenshots.
In the below screen shot, i click on the "Find" button highlighted in RED Box to view the Finding Type screen to enter a Finding Type.
In the below screen shot you that there is a Finding Type entry created and also there is a Find type "Code" drop down field in the RED Box in the Top position, on clicking the Finding Type drop down field the system displays the message "No Values" in the RED Box in the bottom

How to find HU number details for outbund delivery Tcode : /n/scwm/prdo
Hi All,
I have requirement to fetch package material, total weight etc for outbound delivery.
I am using tcode /n/scwn/prdo. In item level under tab HU there is details like handling unit, pack material etc.
that i want to populate in my smart-form.
I already have information like TU number ,Document id .How do i use this information for fetching Handling Unit.
I tried to use /SCWM/HUREF but this is not relevant to me.

Error Could not fully determine the destination data during Planned replenishment
Dear Gurus,
I have an Issue with Planned replenishment run, in /scwm/REPL, the system is determining the data but is giving the error " Could not fully determine the destination data". Replenishment is being done from ST.type 0020 to 0050.
1. Necessary customizing with WPT 3010 has been maintained for Plnd REPL. SRPL has been maintained for 3010.
2. Stock is maintained in St.Type 0020
3. Customizing for removal search is maintained. Detailed Config is as in the attached document
4. Log is activated but is showing the same error
5. Product master has been updated with fixed bins strategy with Min, Max and Replenishment qty.
Could you kindly guide me why I am getting this error. Thanks

Inspection document not triggered in EWM
Schenario 1: ECC Purchase Order and inbound dleivery created with batch and distributed to EWM. Inspection doucment is getting created succesfully as inpsection relevant parameters and master data is mainitained in EWM.
Schenario 2: ECC Purchase Order and inbound dleivery created without batch and distributed to EWM. Inbound delivery in EWM created with error. We manually input the batch. The inbound delivery turns green (error free). Inspection doucment is not getting created. The inspcection document neither getting created after GR posting of inbound delivery.
Kinldy share us your inputs on schenario 2 how to rectify the error.

Automatic HU completion in Work Center
Hi,
We have a requirement in our outbound process, wherein we want to auto complete the HU once it goes to the pack work center. Our process is that after picking confirmation with pick HU, it goes to the pack work center. In the pack work center, we want to perform the automatic HU completion so that in POSC - step OB02 will auto create the WT to move from work center to the staging area.
Would this be possible in the standard configuration?

PPF Action for automatic putaway WT creation not triggering

I am trying to create WT automatically in system once GR is posted for putaway.I have done following settings for PPF action-
1) For document type INB and Category PDI, action profile /SCWM/PDI_01
2)In action definition /SCWM/PDI_01_WT_CREATE for action profile /SCWM/PDI_01, options selected-
-Processing when saving document
-Schedule automatically
3)Determination procedure 0DWTP assigned to action profile /SCWM/PDI_01 for my warehouse with doc type and cat INB,PDI respectively
4) Condition record maintained for-
Application:DPP
Maintenance Group-DLVW
Maintenance Context: GCM
Condition Type:0ODWT
Action Definition: /SCWM/PDI_01_WT_CREATE
Doc Type: INB
GM Sts : NSFI
Warehouse XXXX (One relevant to my process)

When I create a delivery and post GR,System is not triggering PPF action.Attaching SLG1 log.

Does any one know the FM or BAPI to "Generate Outbound Delivery for TU" ?
Manual process:
T-Code /SCWM/TU
Enter TU number (Transportation Unit) and then select the record.
Next go to the menu "Transportation Unit" and click on "Generate Outbound delivery for TU".
It will create Final outbound delivery for each ODO (Outbound delivery order).
Now my requirement is to do the same pragmatically. So if any one can tell me the Function module or BAPI for the same it will be a great help.

Function Module to create WH Tasks in Outbound
Hi,
My requirement is like:
When we create Outbound Delivery with LOT Specific in ECC and get flow into EWM then automatically warehouse tasks get generated with assigned TU.
I found one BADI ( /SCWM/EX_DLV_DET_AFTER_SAVE ) which triggers after getting save of Outbound Delivery in EWM.
I suppose to be created WH tasks in this BADI or Is there any other procedure to create WH Tasks for only those delivery's which are LOT Specific only.?
my requirement is like Is there any Function Module which creates the warehouse tasks internally for the assigned Outbound Delivery..?
Actually I found one FM : /SCWM/TO_CREATE_WHR

Staging for Production: no staging needed?
Dear experts,
I'm facing very strange issue when trying the staging of material for production in EWM 9.2...
I get following PMA in EWM:
When I try to trigger the staging by using of /SCWM/STAGE, I get following message:
What could be a reason for such a warning? I tried to debugg the process and the systems even cannot determinate the materials to be stage...
I got following customizing in PSASTAGE:
I also mapped the doc types (ERP/EWM), the PSAs from ERP are transported and so on...so everything looks good to me.
Please could someone give any hint at least in which direction I have to look.

Is there any standard way or is there any Badi to flow the Stock Removal (Outbound Delivery Assigned Tasks) Open Tasks information from EWM to ECC.

How can I create a product-LB with different HU-Types
Dear experts,
I have the following situation:
I have different HU-types defined in my customizing. When i try to create a product-LB from HU 123163 (HU-Typ 12) to 100005 (HU-Typ 11) the result is that the system packs HU 123163 into 100005. But I want an empty HU (123163) and a HU (100005) with the stock of the source HU.
Did someone know what kind of configurations i need to do?

System could not determine source storage bin using qty classification
Hi,
I was introduced by a friend of mine to register here, and was actually a fan since this forum is very very helpful for beginners like me.
Pardon for my question, perhaps this was raised before, but would really need your expert advise. I'm working on stock removal using qty classification.
The scenario is to see whether Determine Storage Type Search Sequence for Stock Removal is working for loose -1, carton - C and pallet-P.
I have created an order with 102 units, packspec is created with qty classification - where 100 ea is one pallet, 20ea is 1 carton. During wave release,
only one WT is created and that is for the full pallet of 100ea, the loose qty of 2ea ended up always with an error system could not determine source
storage bin. we've checked everything but system failes to see the inventory of the loose qty. Please advise what to do, perhaps Im missing some config or settings.

Delivery changes after distribution to eWM
As per the requirement, we need to change the inbound delivery created in the ECC, after distributed to eWM System.
Understood that, if change management is active, we will be able to edit the distributed delivery.
Kindly advice, how to active change mangement for this requirement.
