I am have a issue on the warehouse order - Header - Doc.Ref and item number
I have 2 different inbound delivery in EWM:
delivery 01 - packed with HUs
delivery 02 - without HU
When created WO for those 2 inbound deliveries, I found a different output for those 2 WOs.
delivery 01 - packed with HUs -> WO created without reference document number in WO item
delivery 02 - without HU -> WO created with reference document number & item (inbound delivery number)
I am doing a opportunistic cross-docking testing, and the pick WO won't consider the putaway WO of delivery 01, as there is no reference doc id (found from debug.)
Anyone can give more idea here?

I am testing the Opp. CD scearnios, and I am having a issue here for the storage type search sequence determination for stock removal. System version is EWM7.2.
I have done all required configured, but I found It won't pick up the open putaway WT when creating the WT for outbound delivery order with below configuration of storage type search squence for stock removal.
throught the debug, we found the root cause is it found stock removal rule 'LV_FIFO = ture', then it ignore the open putaway WT, below is the screen shot.
more over, we tried to find out why it got the stock removal rule 'FIFO', why it won't select the 'ROCD' as we have all the parameters setup both in master data and transaction doc. Finally, we found that it consider the stock type ' F2' in the outbound delivery order item. And it can't find the appropriate entry in the storage type search sequence for stock removal table. then it pick the first entry, that's why it gets 'FIFO'. Then ignore my open putaway WT.
If I put one more entry in the table as below, then it works.
we have 2 questions here:
1. Why it will ignore the open putaway WT when stock removal rule is FIFO in cross-docking scenario?
2. I don't think adding the F2 into the storage type search sequnece table is corrrect, it should be control by the cross-docking stock determination control configuration. Anyone know what I should do to fix it?

I have been doing hands on to understand difference between storage type level and storage bin level replenishment.However I have come across a few queries that I would like to present here for member's views and suggestions-
Replenishment activated at storage type level (This has got fixed bin putaway strategy)
Product A is assigned to two fixed bins B1 and B2.
In product master storage type tab max and min qty have been maintained.
When I run replenishment system proposes a replenishment qty of 24 EA and on creating warehouse task,it is only considering bin B2 and creates replenishment task for qty 22 EA (2 EA is missing but I am not focusing on it).
Questions:1 ) Does that mean for storage type level replenishment system always considers the first bin it finds for the product irrespective of capacity of bin?
2) If capacity is considered, where do I maintain bin capacity?
3)If I can make system consider bin capacity even for a storage type level replenishment strategy then what is the difference between storage type and storage bin level replenishment?

When the ECC inbound delivery is distributed to EWM, certain fields like ASN, ERP numbers are displayed in the "Reference Document" tab under the refdoccat = ERP or ASN. Similarly if enter Bill of Lading in VL31N, in EWM it reflects under Refdoccat="BOL".
If I require some additional standard fields in VL31N, example, Invoice number, to reflect under EWM Refdoccat under a custom category called "INV", how can I configure this in EWM.
Also I have noticed system profile /SCWM/INB_PRD mapped to document type INB/PDI. How can this be used to create a custom profile.

Here's the requirement from my customer. They have four distinct PSA areas. They create all their crate part replenishment tasks first, and then somebody first picks all the parts and puts them on a cart and then the takes the cart to the PSA areas and puts away the products. What they want is the to pick according to the source bin sort and then drop off the parts according to the destination bin sort. I have the following of concepts in my mind to handle the scenario, but wanted to validate the feasibility form your experience before trying any of them:
1. Use layout oriented and make the cart as interim zone. My question is how to sort the tasks in two different ways.
2. Use pick HU for the first step to pick and then use some sort of deconsolidation step?
3. Use WOCR rule to break down the task into two and use two different sort?
Appreciate your input/ideas on how to best handle this.

In my client's system, I am finding an ODO with process code O001 which set the quantity to zero.
The ODO was created for 261mvt consumption for an ECC delivery for GI against a process order.
In ODO, if I check the change documents for that item, it shows no history who applied the process code. Only the below account assignment history.
Has anybody experienced this scenario? what can be the the reason?

I am working on planned replenishment at storage bin level. I have this requirement to enhance replenishment input screen where I want to add one more input parameter for % of capacity used(that will consider the %of capacity used of each bin) before proposing replenishment.I am working with fixed bin strategy and capacity usage information is already updated in each bin.Do we have any option in standard where I can add one more parameter to make system consider % capacity?

I am working on storage type level planned replenishment.I have activated putaway strategy as addition to existing stock in my storage type.For example:-For product A ,I have two fixed bins B1 and B2.As per sort sequence B1 comes before B2.I have stock in B2 and B1 is empty.When I create replenishment task say for 5 EA ,both B1 and B2 have capacity to accommodate that.But system will go as per sort sequence and will create a task for B1.But I want it to fill bins with partial quantity first.Its not considering partial bins during replenishment task first.Is there any control to achieve this?

I have following scenarion to be tested:
A storage contains 4 storage sections:
A, B, C and D.
There are 2 Storage bin types:
Big bins for storage sections A,B and C.
Small bins for storage sections D.
3 HU-Types are existing for the Storage:
Big HUs: Types 11 and 12
Small HUs: Types 13.
No I have a problem during the putaway of empty HUs (Small, type 13) when the all bins of the storage type D are blocked...
My rule for the putaway of HU of type 13 is following:
- If storage section D is availible -> putaway there
- If storage section D is not availible -> putaway into A (than B and than C)
My customizing looks following:

Dear experts,
I am getting above error with final putaway task is pending for confirmation and hence my warehouse Putaway is not completed.
We are executing following steps
1. With Z tcode posting GR in ECC and creating Inbound delivery(ID). This Inbound delivery creates IDN and ID in EWM and create WT for quality (QI01)and confirms the same. Back in ECC ID posted with PGR with material in quality.
2.Now we take usage decision in /SCWM/QINSP and accepts material and it creates then 2 tasks. One task (123) from QI01 to XY01 consolidation area and final task(456) from XY01 to destination storage type(FC01) and bin.Task 123 got confirmed automatcially but task 456 is pending for confirmation and status is "B".
Please let us know what is the meaning of status "B" and solution to addres this.

We are updating shipment tracking information in Shipment document
under “Transport Tracking” tab under change mode. Here, issue is that tracking
information, system does not allow to update it for the shipment documents which has inbound
deliveries distributed to EWM. Is there any way, to get tracking information in shipment document in such cases
