When I close HU in Quality workcenter (/scwm/qinsp) after taking decision, putaway task is getting created as per POSC settings. But in the putaway task, the destination HU is blank, due to which system is not able to propose the High rack bins.
Any idea what i may have missed out.

Hi SAP Gurus,
We have created a new sub screen to include Batch field in the LM03 and LM05, by using user exits EXIT_SAPLLMOB_170,EXIT_SAPLLMOB_480.
the logic is working for validation of batch while doing the transaction, but problem is cursor is not moving from one field to another field automatically,
please suggest what are the settings and modifications to be done in logic and configuration, to move the cursor automatically.

Please let us know if you have already worked with subject mentioned scenario. I am facing issue that after goods receipt in ECC stock is not updated at storage location level and Inbound delivery is not getting created for this receipt even though it gives message 'Items are postes successfully'.This is stopping EWM process further.
Please advise.

Please help us if you have worked subcontracting process with EWM.
Right now we are able to receive finish good in ECC and EWM but we are not able to receive byproduct in goods receipt in ECC and hence in Inbound delivery of ECC. Further this can not be received in EWM as not in Inbound delivery.
The byproduct is already part of BOM and hence understand that it shall be automatically received in ECC with Inbound delivery creation and CIF to EWM.
Please give your insight on this and share document if you have. Appreciate your time.

Is it possible in EWM for a outbound delivery created in EWM WH1 and this WH is just for loading/PGI , but picking & packing must happen from EWM WH2. Both are having 2 different S/L but belongs to a single plant.

when we are doing over issue for a Production order in ECC, its creating an outbound delivey for a posting change in EWM.
We are processing this posting change, its creating a WPT type for Production order document type instead of over issue document type.
We have defined Warehouse process types for Production order as well as Overissue for Production Order.
Can you please suggest.

I am facing a problem in LX16, when I am trying to create Inventory document, here I'm crating Inventory Document for 5 bin at a time after create first Inventory document when I try to create second Inventory Document system Consider same bins( which are there in first Inventory Document) for create a second Inventory Document but when I did same in my test system here system will consider new 5 bins every time I execute this LX16.
Can any please provide some documentation related to LX16.

We sustain a number of materials in ECC with order unit TN (Tonnes) and are really causing issues because as the particular supplier delivers in KG's.
I.e....
•We order 0.100 TN (100kgs) of a Metal Sheet from a supplier
•They deliver us 100.123kgs
•Stock is receipted in EWM as 100.123kgs
•PO in ECC only allows 3 decimal places with Unit of Measure TN, so we can only have the PO as 0.100 TN, not 0.100123 that it should be...
•Receipt of the stock from EWM to ECC is then stuck in a queue because of this issue
•Stock cannot get booked in from EWM to ECC
•Stock cannot be backflushed when consumed in production
We need to raise PO's need in KGs. Contracts have been set up in Tonnes and will not allow us to select KGs as a UOM in the PO.
What best practices do you recommend here please?

Hi All,
I have an outbound delivery which is replicated from ERP to EWM. I have confirmed the Warehouse task for picking & completed PGI in EWM system. The status update has taken place in ERP delivery (i.e ERP delivery status shows that goods movement is complete and the distribution status shows processing of the delivery in the decentralized system is complete). However the picked quantity (LIPS-PIKMG) is not getting updated in the ERP delivery. How do i make this happen?

Please clarify how HAZ MAT are handelled in ECC and EWM and also the relevant t-codes and corresponding Tables.
Also I am looking where can I find the Packing group, Rating 1 and Rating 2 for the HAZ MAT in ECC and EWM.

I Am working with inbound delivery process.I have confirmed my warehouse task and goods are now placed in final storage.But,my stock type is still showing F1 in final bin.My destination storage type has availability group 002 which is assigned to stock type F2 in SPRO.Is there anything that can still be missing?

I have client who is already having automated warehouses with 3 different non SAP MFS. They are in plans for implementing SAP EWM. I have to propose solution for MFS. In this process debating on implementing SAP EWM MFS Or use SAP EWM WCU interface.
Here is my basic understanding. Please suggest from your experience. Correct my understanding, in case wrong.
SAP EWM MFS means warehouse management & warehouse control done by EWM. This will provide accurate status of HU i.e current communication channel and communication point in process. Telegram messages are integrated into monitor for better trouble shooting. However implementation will take more time considering number of automated WH & different type of equipment i.e Std. conveyor, A frame conveyors, work station of id points etc). Testing solution also complicated and time consuming.
On the other hand SAP EWM with WCU interface...EWM only does warehouse management & lets 3rd party MFS handle warehouse control. This way current setup is not disturbed. We will be using mostly std. SAP IDOC types of WCU interface. So implementation is also not complex. However monitoring and control is not well integrated. Is there a way to know exact location of HU in the process? Or EWM is in blind till WT confirmation IDOC received from MFS?
Please let me know any other disadvantages of using WCU interface VS EWM MFS. Thank you.

Hello,
i integrated Shipping with the Standard LE-TRA Integration Guide. The integration to the EWM works fine and it's possible to work with Transport Unit in EWM.
But the Update of Shipping from EWM to ERP are not getting triggered. When i set the TU to "Load completed" the PPF Action got created to update the ERP Shipping but nothing happens no IDOC no QRFC call:
Anybody an Idea where the Customizing is wrong?

Dear All,
I have tried to create bin sections for palette storage using report /SCWM/R_CREATE_SUBBINS. The main bins have been updated with details that sub bins have been created however the subbins are not actually created in the system.
Main Bins:
Bin section = 1
Bin sub division = 2
Maximum HU = 1
Could anyone please help here about how to solve this issue.

Storage bins created using LS10 are not showing in LX03 nor LAGP. Do we have to activate somewhere after defining in LS10?
