My EWM Scenario is : When replenishment is occurring from high rack to the pick face area, the replenishment quantity has to be repacked within the repack work center (where downsizing is done ) into smaller bins. The product is stored in pallets in the high rack area , where as it is maintained in totes in the pick face area .
Need help to know how i can achieve this.

I've read lots of old posts regarding the returns STO process......but haven't yet found anything that solves my issue.
In a nutshell, the process I'm trying to build is this:
So far the solution works as far as the returns STO and returns delivery are created automatically in ERP.
And here is where we get the error - when trying to perform MIGO we get the message: "Posting with reference to pur. order only possible for integrated whse" I've tried to reference the delivery but I can't get it to work.
So the question is: Can this returns STO process work with an EWM managed sloc? Is there a work around process?
SAP seem to suggest that if you are returning from a warehouse managed sloc then you should use a normal STO process (ie do not use the returns indicator)...........but the issue this causes us (and the reason for trying to set up above process) is that we often process obsolete materials.....and as standard, procurement is not allowed for such material statuses.
If anyone has any hints / tips they would be greatly appreciated.

Dear experts,
I have created an physical inventory document with procedure AS (annual physical inventory product specific). Then I deleted it with /SCWM/PI_PROCESS.
Deletion indicator is set on all position.
Now I can´t work with this stock because system tells me products are locked.
Also I can see in the warehousemonitor at physical inventory progress that I have many open objects allthough I have deleted every PI document.
Is there a report to delete the PI documents with deletion indicator or do I something wrong with the deletions?

Dear Experts,
we have pre-packed HUs for sets, which HUs are containing more products. When the delivery comes in, we want to ship the products in the HU they are already in.
Do you have any idea how to do that kind of picking?

Hi All,
I am trying to integrate SAP EWM with QM. I have activated inspection type 17 in material master but lot number is not getting generated in ECC.
When I check Material document in ECC it is showing GR status doc as "8" but lot number not getting generated in QA32.

I am trying to integrate EWM QM with ECC QM.
When I am trying to post goods receipt it is showing "Unable to find RFC destination for QM connection" . I tried assigning Logical system and Business system group in installations but it is still showing me the same error.

Hi All,
I am facing an issue while configuring the exception code for scrapping in work centre.
Business Process -
1. The workers are packing the goods in the work centre.
Initially they need to pack 30 EA of SKU.
But one of the worker finds that 1EA of SKU is not good in condition, hence he wants to scrap it and transfer the same to scrap zone.
Issue:-
I have configured the exception handling for the process with business context PIM/PPI, but still the exception code is not valid to be used in the work centre for packing (Tx: - /SCWM/PACK).
Could you please let me know what could be customizing for the same.

Im trying to transferr some data from my ERP system to my SCM(EWM) system.
I followed the steps founded in SAP Help, but everytime I try to transfer the data via CFM2(from my ERP system) an error in one of my quees appears which
says that "Name or Password is not correct":
I think its about my user, but when Im trying to do remote login from my qRFC-Connection(SM59) with this user, I can log in in SCM system.
What do I wrong here?

I have the following issue, hoping anyone can help me out:
We use tr.code: /SCWM/MAT1 to maintain a WareHouse-product. On the Warehouse-data page, I can change the field: Putaway Control Indicator.
After saving the change, the CIF-interface is triggered and an update is sent to ECC, where this field is mapped into the MaterialMaster-data.
Now I need this to be done in background, using a scheduled report.
I have created a z-report which can update the Putaway Control Indicator, exactly like in SAP GUI foreground. The only difference however is that the CIF interface to ECC is not triggered...!!!
I have tried FM: 'BAPI_PRDSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2' and also '/SAPAPO/DM_PRODUCT_POST_ONE'. Both can update the Putaway Control Indicator, but no CIF is sent out!
I have also tried COMMIT_WORK, CALL FUNCTION '/SAPAPO/DM_MATERIAL_INIT', etc etc., but did not succeed!
Anybody any ideas?

I need to get the table where expiration date SLED is stored (the one set by the user on the item level through /SCWM/PRDI) .
I tried table /SCWM/AQUA, but when the item is fully received, there is no recored of the item in this table (and no expiration date).
Any suggestion please?

I have a problem
WM where it is managed with HU and HU these to enter the number of store become warehouse units, the process works well, inputs outputs ... etc.
However I need to use an EXIT to determine the strategy for determining storage type, as it will depend on the organization of purchase: the same material can be purchased by different organizations in different orders to buy as storage level is necessary to store it according to Org. Buying on the manufacturing process.
The solution I've found is an exit: MWMTO007 "Palletizing and determination input type warehouse stock" but when you turn the set on IMG for entries is with Exit stock.
I get an error:
In warehouse type ERT could not determine any bin
No. message: L3009
but it is only when the set, without even activates the exit with CMOD is activated, and perform input stock without img activated on the exit, correctly generates the OT

As per my client requirement picking should only determine source storage bin and source HU will be entered while confirming the picking task. For this requirement I have set "Level of available quantity" as "1" i.e. at storage bin level in storage type.
Two HU stocks are available in the bin
HU1 - 10 PC
HU2 - 2 PC
Created an outbound delivery for 10 qty. As per my understanding system should create a WT with 10 qty without a source HU. Instead it is showing an error "There are only 2 PC of product available.

When transferring outbound delivery from ECC to EWM its not getting distributed to EWM system. When I checked in the transaction SLG1 it showing an error message
I have maintained ‘’define own business system” and ‘’define business system“ with the same name (ERP_001).
My problem is Inbound Delivery from ERP is distributed to EWM system but not the Outbound Delivery. How can I rectify this error?. Help me out with your ideas.

There is a business requirement to trigger POSC for an HU from goods receipt zone to quality work center , once GR has been posted manually .
The process flow is as follows :
The action profile "/scwm/prdi_in" is assigned to the document type "INB" , the action definition for creating warehouse task "/scwm/prd_in_to_create" is set to "immediate processing" and "schedule automatically" .
The schedule condition record has been maintained as :
How can the above process flow be achieved?

When a product has inspection rule with Inspection Procedure N which means "no inspection", no inspection document will be created for Inbound delivery. Then we do GR, we would expect that a putaway warehouse task is created automatically, but not. Could you tell me why system does not create warehouse task? Is there any configuration by which we can fullfill this, sor should we go for customer development?
