EWM Exception reporting(STD Reports)
Please help us to understand the Standard Inbound,OB,LE reports available in SAP EWM .
Could somebody kindly list down few (5-10) std reports (for Inbound ,Outbound and yard mgt./shipping) and give a line against each that what it will do ?
I have searched in the forum and couldn't find any .

Material 0 does not exist - SMQ2 ECC
Hello Experts,
I have confirmed WT and Goods Receipt is updated in EWM.
But in ECC it is not updated ,because queue is stuck in SMQ2 of ECC
Material 0 does not exist
Message No. HUSELECT040
Packaging material is created in EWM system .
I believe I have completed all config. in both system.
But curious to know about this issue.

I need your help to get implementation details on the below topic.
My client is implementing SAP eWM and the Knapp/SSI Schafer warehouse automation system
I'm looking for a test platform to test and simulate the two-way integration between the systems.
In particular, the movements of totes through the warehouse and their interaction with printers, rails, servers, racks, operatives.
There are OEM simulation software (e.g. Knapp KiSoft Sandbox) to emulate the warehouse side of the integration and simulate the statistical delays and queues associated with the printer and totes.
the simulation software should help to simulate the Idoc messages to and from the SAP and warehouse machines.
Does anyone have any examples of this being implemented with OEM simulation software eg KiSoft or other ?
Could you please help to get the implementation details like testing approach used during the testing phases like development, intergration, regresssion and UAT test.

Quality management integration with EWM
Hi,
We have a scenario whereby once truck enters the yard, there are certain quality checks performed based on business rules set up for bulk products.
The question is business wants to track it via Event management. Hence is it possible that EWM can track the quality inspection checks using QIE engine and then using some status values one can have an understanding if all quality checks can eb performed etc and then these statuses can be pulled into EM .Any suggestion on this

FDQty in Vendor Return Delivery using VL60 in EWM IBD
Hi All,
We are trying to create Return to Vendor Delivery from EWM system. Once the Inbound Delivery in EWM is GR'ed, we click on "Return to Vendor (Ctrl+F4)" and this calls VL60 transaction in ECC.
Now, I select Return Quantities and will enter the reason in "Reason column."
However, when I try to enter qty in "FDQty" column, system is not allowing me to do it.
Say for example, Inbound Delivery qty is 10 and I want to create return delivery for 1 or 2 qty (partial qty). So, when I enter "FDQty" as 1 or 2, system is throwing error "Difference Qty specified is not between 0 and 10." Can you please suggest, if there is any setting present in config, so that it will allow me to create return deliveries for partial quantities as well?
FYI: I am able to create Return Delivery for full qty and facing error only when I try to create for Partial qty.

Interface with EWM
hI,
We are implementing SAP for one of our client and it deals with many tons of bulk materials which are loaded in trucks.When truck enters into the yard it needs to proceed to the weighbridge to capture its weight.Once goods are loaded into truck and ready to leave the site its measured again in a weighbridge duringt he exit so that tare and net weight can be measured.
Now my question is wheather we should interface the weigh bridge with EWM or we can use the freight order No as a reference and interface TM with weighbridge.

EWM Functionality on internet
Hi,
Please inform whether EWM application can be accessed over internet (browser) with relevant security features (Firewalls or so). RF scanners are now browser based through ITS mobile or so , is it feasible to access other EWM transactions through internet.

Internal stock transfer - Quantity adjustment

Can someone indicate which object/configuration field impacts the value of field 'Automatic Qty Adjustment' at item level of an internal stock transfer order please ? Default value is initial, and I'd need it to be 'A - Quantity Adjustment During Creation of Warehouse Task' to allow overpicking

And, for already existing WM systems , wants to migrate from WM to EWM.

IDN is Inactive
Hi ,
I created Inbound delivery in ecc and it gets replicated to ewm.
But I am not able to create ID for IDN .
It shows in block status.
Any idea how to activate it .

Impact of WM stock positions after moving to EWM
Hi All,
We are moving from WM to EWM and planning for cutover. Currently business use standard tcodes like LS24/LS02 etc for stock display. So is there any way to suppress the stock situation from these transactions once stock is uploaded in EWM?
Security option is ruled out here.

OD blocked due to Over picking
Hello Experts,
I have an issue with ODO. Let say I have an Outbound delivery order with 100 ea picking request . I have picked only 100 ea but when I check my ODO item its blocked due to Over picking status.
Please help me on How to solve this .

Fixed bin stock removal with no SU proposal
Hi Gurus,
I am currently configuring a warehouse for a client who has the following stock placement and stock removal requirements:
Stock Placement:
1. Putaway to dedicated bin (Bins will be dedicated to specific materials) - All bins have a fixed capacity and must not exceed this fixed capacity
2. Putaway to a Bin defined as “Promotion” – No capacity check and mixed storage
3. Putaway to bins defined as “Shipping Lanes” – Max capacity 30 PAL and mixed storage allowed
Stock Removal:
1. Check “Shipping Lanes”
2. Check “Promotion”
3. Check Fixed Bins
I have configured the shipping lanes as bulk storage with capacity as 30 in the block structure. For the promotion bin I have defined stock placement strategy as Open Storage and strategy Fix Bins for the dedicated bin scenario. The warehouse is SU managed.
The issue is with regards to stock removal from Open Storage and Fixed Bins. We do not want a SU to be proposed when a Transfer Order is created through LT03. I know that bulk storage does not propose the SU's while stock removal.
Is there anyway for me to overwrite the SU while creating the TO or have a custom strategy to not propose the SU. Please help, this is urgent.

SAP TM - EWM - Warehouse Billing
Dear All,
We are planning to move to TM 9.3 and EWM 9.3 from our legacy (warehousing and freight) application. Currently the warehouse invoices are generated from the legacy warehousing application. We read that with EWM 9.3 warehouse billing feature is added. So going forward will we be able to use this feature for generating the invoicing using EWM 9.3 and TM 9.3. So the question is whether we will be able to consume the standard TM customer invoicing interface xml file or is there any separate xml file for warehouse billing.

Queue WMQF, FM /SCWM/QDECIDED_FUP_PROCESS
Hello gurus,
We just upgraded from EWM 7.02 to EWM 9.2. We use QIE for usage decision. After the upgrade in our QA system, we are getting queues with prefix WMQF#### (#### being WhNo), wtih function module /SCWM/QDECIDED_FUP_PROCESS.
Although the LUWs are not being processed because we haven't activated that queue, the QI process is working normally.
Does anybody know what is the purpose of this queue/function module?

Stock Upload of Nested HU's via /SCWM/ISU
Dear Colleagues,
I've ben trying to create a file that will upload two test HU's (via /scw/psu) with one HU nested level of HU into the other,please see file attached
Nevertheless,the file doesn't get uploaded for whatever reason...I think I have maintained the coloumns '' Handling Unit'& '' correctly,but can you please let me know what you think.
All help is greatly appreciated!!
