Loading negative quantity

Experts,

I have a outbound delivery haning in EWM.

Can't load, unload, post GI etc.

After checking I found, that loading qty is negative:

Checking the loading, I can see all HUs are not loaded, on position level 2 positions are partly loaded:

When I try to to unload these positions, error message saying item is locked,

Checking the OD with /scwm/chm_log, only thing I got is

Block status DBD is set for 2 items

Block status DBO is set for 2 items

6 items can only be checked after completing the split

I'm lost - any idea how to solve?
